Always wash and dry your hands before handling your contact lens.

Remove the lens from the package

Make it a habit of handling the right lens first which will prevent you from mixing up the lens. Place the lens on your index finger. Check that the lens is clean and the right side is up.

Hold your upper lid open with your left hand’s index finger. At the same time hold your lower lid open with the middle finger of your right hand. Looking straight at your eye in the mirror, slowly and gently place the lens on your eye.

Then carefully release your eyelids and blink. You can gently massage your eyelid to center the lens.

Removal

Look up and hold lower lid down. Pull the lens downward gently with your finger and you thumb.

Pinch the edges of the lens and remove it from your eye.

Handling Procedures

Wash hands cleanly, put the lens on your palm, pour some drops of a cleaner, and mildly rub the lens with fingers.

After washing, rinse the lens with a saline solution to remove remaining substances.

Wear the lens in place of the pupil without its turning over.

4. Life

If there is any congestion or pain while wearing the lens, take off the lens and then try again to wash and rinse the lens, and remove protein. If the congestion or pain continues even after those activities, stop wearing the lens and meet a doctor. If the lens is dried and, therefore, you feel so uncomfortable, try to apply some drops of saline solution or eye drops to solve the uncomfortable feeling.

Open your eye widely and remove the lens from the eye with the thumb and index finger without giving any damage to the lens.

Wash the lens immediately after taking it off, remove protein or any substances attached to the lens, and protect it from being contaminated again by sweat or cosmetics.

Rinse the lens with a saline solution, do not use tap water. The protein removal and sterilization using the Multipurpose solution should be done 2-3 times every week.
